Bubble Net Feeding is a highly-coordinated form of predatory feeding employed by humpback whales where a pod of whales swims in increasingly shrinking circles while blowing bubbles beneath a school of fish. The bubbles herd the fish into a shrinking circle, creating a column of fish that the whales are able to easily feed upon.
