Known by nicknames like Razorback, Finback, and Common Rorqual, the Fin Whale is the second largest animal in the world. Growing up to 85 feet (26 m) in the Southern Hemisphere and 75 feet (25 m) in the Northern Hemisphere, fin whales can top the scales at 80 tons (160,000 pounds).
